Brent Moore
Over nearly 30 years in business, Moore has excelled as a serial entrepreneur and closed nearly $1 billion in mergers & acquisitions.
He created the innovative golf cart accessory company Madjax before selling the business to private equity-backed buyer Nivel and becoming Nivel’s CEO. As CEO, Moore managed 650 employees across warehouse development, international sourcing, and product design and manufacturing.
Moore is a natural team-builder who believes in coaching employees toward a high level of execution through clear communication, shared goals, and professional mentorship. He lives in Tallahassee, Florida, with his wife and three children and spends much of his free time offshore fishing.
Clint West
Clint West has built up his expertise in sales, management, and construction over nearly 30 years in business. He’s the hands-on expert for Gen Land, building relationships with construction teams, sellers, and potential partners.
West began his career in sales before moving into management over a decade ago. He was a partner and manager of TNT Supercenter in Thomasville, Georgia, for seven years prior to focusing his time on Gen Land.
Excellent people skills and an inherent capacity for honest communication set West apart. As a manager, he prioritizes pushing his team to uplevel their ambitions and realize their potential through human connection. West lives in Thomasville, Georgia, and enjoys filling his days with fishing and relaxing at the beach. If there’s a coast, he’ll find it.
